2. Product Information

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, and other information on this website are accurate and up to date. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content are error-free, complete, or current. Product images are for illustrative purposes and may differ slightly from actual products.

Subcheck products are designed for use as fentanyl detection tools and should be used in accordance with their intended purpose and included instructions. They are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

3. Pricing

All prices displayed on this website are subject to change without notice. Prices shown are estimates and may vary based on order volume, shipping destination, and applicable taxes. Formal quotes provided by Subcheck are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance unless otherwise stated in the quote.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. If we discover a pricing error after you have placed an order, we will contact you to confirm whether you wish to proceed at the corrected price.

4. Orders and Payment

By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase products subject to these terms. All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order for any reason.

• Payment terms for institutional customers (public health, harm reduction) are typically NET 30 upon approval.
• Retail and pharmacy orders may be paid by credit card, purchase order, or NET 30 terms upon credit approval.
• All invoices are due within the timeframe specified on the invoice.
• Late payments may be subject to interest charges as permitted by applicable law.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Standard shipping within the United States is typically 3-5 business days from the date of shipment. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Subcheck is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. It is your responsibility to inspect shipments upon receipt and report any damage or discrepancies within 48 hours.

6. Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of our products (diagnostic test kits), returns are accepted only for unopened, undamaged products in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. A restocking fee of 15% may apply.

Defective products will be replaced at no charge. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving a defective product with photos and a description of the issue. Refunds, when approved, will be processed within 14 business days using the original payment method.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, product designs, and software, is the property of Subcheck and is protected by United States and international intellectual property laws. Subcheck technology is protected under US Patent No. 11,874,279. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on this site without our prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Subcheck and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our website or products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

Subcheck products are provided "as is" for their intended detection purpose. We make no warranties beyond those expressly stated in our product documentation.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Subcheck from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of our website or products in a manner inconsistent with these terms or applicable law.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.

11. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
