Days 4-7

Product & Procurement

Confirm product selection (SC-1, SC-X, or mix). Identify procurement pathway. Provide all required documentation to your procurement office.

Days 8-10

Order & Shipment

First order placed and fulfilled. Direct-to-entity shipping configured. Tracking numbers provided per entity.

Days 10-14

Training Scheduling

Schedule train-the-trainer sessions (in-person or virtual). Customize materials for your population and languages.

Days 15-21

Training Delivery

Full curriculum delivered to your trainers. Hands-on practice with product. Knowledge assessment and certification.

Days 22-28

Program Launch

Distribution begins. Inventory tracking activated. Reporting configured for your grant requirements.

Day 30

Check-In Review

Dedicated account manager conducts 30-day program review. Adjust allocations, address issues, plan next quarter.
